Data Deletion Request

Request deletion of your personal data from Azima

What data can be deleted?

As a non-custodial wallet, most of your data stays on your device. However, our servers may store:

  • Transaction history and swap records
  • Phone number (if you used mobile money services)
  • Wallet addresses associated with your activity
  • Firebase analytics and crash data linked to your device

What cannot be deleted?

Blockchain transactions are permanent and public by nature. We cannot delete transaction records from the Solana, Ethereum, Bitcoin, or Polygon blockchains. This is a fundamental property of blockchain technology, not a limitation of our service.

How to delete your on-device data

Since Azima is non-custodial, the most sensitive data (private keys, seed phrases) is stored only on your device. To remove it:

  • Open Azima → Settings → “Delete Wallet” to erase your keys from the device
  • Or uninstall the App to remove all local data

Request server-side data deletion

To request deletion of data stored on our servers, submit the form below or email support@azima.app with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.

Provide any wallet address you used with Azima so we can locate your records.

If you used mobile money services, include the phone number for complete deletion.

⚠ Warning: Data deletion is permanent. Once processed, we cannot recover your transaction history or account data from our servers. Your on-chain transactions will remain on public blockchains.

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete. If we need to retain any data for legal compliance, we will notify you of the specific data retained and the reason.
